We completed over 1,000 Fire Alarm work orders throughout our 5 years IDIQ with DGS. The work orders included inspections, maintenance/repair, troubleshooting and new installation work for different facilities throughout DC including schools, fire departments, police departments, municipal offices, recreation centers and other government owned establishments.

We upgraded the lighting systems on the second and third floor of one of the warehouse of the DC Government. The upgrade included the replacement of over 650 strip light and 2×4 fixtures. We changed said fixtures with LED magnetic lights and 2×4 LED panels for energy savings and efficiency. We recycled the old 2×4 panel fixtures.

Removal of (5) light poles 60ft high. After receiving an emergency call from the DC government to remove 1 light pole that started to show safety issues, we were dispatched in a timely manner and removed the light pole. After the successful completion and removal of the first light pole, we were asked to remove the remaining light poles in the vicinity. The light poles were recycled and the profits were donated to charity in DC.
